frequent changes of driver can do that , i'm with AMD and the only safe driver which does not crash World of Warships or GTA V after 28 mins is driver 22.11.2
new drivers got released and i've decided to try em , coil whine is back after like 3-4 months of peace and quiet :D

I set max fps in Nvidia control panel for games that don't have it in their options, and also sometimes for games that do (like setting it to 72 instead of 60, for example). Works good

I can confirm with Intel UHD 620.
After global lighting update game is unplayable. Before Iberia I was able to play with minimum system requirments.
