Yeah no wonder you have issues. DX11 isn't working. In this case I would post on the forum, a similar issue was
pumping DLCs they should focus on improving optimization. Like other developers are doing. Until now I haven't had any problems with my other games a lot of which are modern titles.

i need help, I've tried to redownload the game, I've tried reinstalling steam and nothing changes, the error i get is in the title, sometimes when I'm downloading the game it will only download about
half a Gig and other times it downloads about 4Gigs.

It started when my pc ran out of battery during the download, interrupting the download, however the download didnt continue afterwards and steam

I have to admit that my pc is not the best but before the update i could play the game with low graphics without any problem

after the update i cant even open the game (i press start game, it loads
