This game is Not for you.
Singleplayer is where i take games like this seriously, multiplayer is where i wanna mess around. You could also answer my question
- Enable damage between players
- Enable collisions in service areas
- Enable collisions while in menus
I never tried convoys so I can't really tell if its possible to disable collisions entirely or just in service areas/while in menu so I'm assuming collisions in non-service areas is enabled by default.
Only the lobby hoster can change these settings.
- And with the style of play you want to use, I hope you just play with others who have the same style of play on your own server, and stay away from servers with people who have a more serious style of play.
Get BeamNG.drive for that (though that has no multiplayer).
Yes, i know. i have 200h combined on ATS and ETS of playing seriously. those other games aren't fun to crash in because they have little context for the crashing. I wanna drive a long route with friends and run into problems with us driving into ditches and rolling over so that the crashing has a reason and feels like a roadtrip comedy
Answer is: If you try to mess around in a lobby where people want do play properly you will be banned.
Convoy allows you to disable collision in just service stations, or all together. If you want to play with collision, it's enabled by default. You have to manually disable collision when setting up the session if you want to phase through each other.
Have fun.
