Does Convoy work in LAN?

Hi All!
It is possible to play in convoy at LAN? I would play with my son, but he doesn't see our convoy. He can see lot of convoys but not ours.
- we are at same region on Steam
- the ETS2 versions are same
- I turn off firewall on both PC
- LAN works in other games
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? What else should I try?

I found this information:

for LAN server use ports 27015-27020 or enable NAT loopback

As I don't have any close interested friends in LAN vicinity, I've never had to find this issue. I don't know the process for doing the above.

Hi Reese! Thanks for you try to help me. Maybe I worded it wrong, because it is not LAN just we are at same place, so I think our IP address is same, and I was worried the ETS2 doesn't work this way, but today I have a new information. I create new accounts in the game, for me and for my son, and I tried to connect to convoy with this new accounts, and it worked! But with our original game account don't work. What will be the problem our accounts?

When you say new account, do you mean a STEAM account?
Or do you mean the profile you created in ETS2?

If it is a STEAM account, have you banned the other person's account due to an operational error or something?

If it is an ETS2 profile, are there any differences in the mods you both use?

I mean profile on the game (sorry for my poor English).
We don't use any mods.

Unfortunately, we do not know why changing the profile would change the results.

There is only one thing I would like you to try. If you have already confirmed this, please disregard it.

When you create a convoy, you will see a "session search id" in the upper left corner of the participant list.
Please try to search for convoys using this session search id.
In this case, only numbers are used for the session search id.
The trailing "/101" is not required.

Aliisa, you are super! It worked. When I search by session ID we can see our convoy. It is interesting because I tried to search by convoy name or player name, but nothing, but when I search by this ID the game finds the convoy. Thanks for you spend your time for us and help. You made happy a little 9 years old boy (and his daddy). :-D Thanks again!
