Multiplayer Mod and Demo

A friend of my loves playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 but only has the demo right now. He wanted me to download the demo too to see if we could could that multiplayer mod to work. I just wanted to ask ahead of time if anyone knows if we can actually do this. I'm assuming we'll just have to spring for the actual game a bit later.

Do you figured out if its possible to play with demo multiplayer?

Erm.I dont think that possible. because when you make an account with truckersMP, it checks if you have the game in your library.
