Apparently an April's Fools Joke by the TruckersMP staff. It was there even yesterday morning before the game update (at least on the ProMods server). It seems to be removed today.

Muting the World Sounds helpe. Was able to unmute today.

As far as April Fools Jokes go it wears very thin after almost 2 days . Traditionally April Fools jokes are only done on the morning of April 1st. Come on TM staff get this rubbish removed.
