how to find 1.9.24.1s?

hi,

ive been trying to get on multiplayer but my betas only go to 1.9.24 i have no selection for 1.9.24.1s on the list which is what the multiplayer says is needed to play when i click on it. i was just wondering if anybody could help at all.

you need to go onto steam, click your ets2 game and then update

correction, go to game in library, right click and click properties. It will open a box with tabs. click updates and then select in drop down menu to auto keep up to date. This should trigger your update to patch required. Just make sure you dont install latest 1.10.1 patch cos it wont work on multiplayer

Ok.... first let me say that I too appreciate the advice/help with the Multi Player error message that i've been seeing on different message boards here ,,,,, and second.....

People.... providing links to the correct page to be on is helpful yes ..... but that doesn't help when the correct version isn't even on the damn list lol.

The version 1.9.24.1 is NOT on the list to choose. 1.9.24 is there but 1.9.24.1 is not. I've tried uninstalling.... redownloading and reinstalling.... i've tried updating every freaking version on the list... i've even tried playing musical setting clicking this.... then that.... trying to find some kind of combination that will eventually work.

And guess what???? ....... IT DOESN'T WORK.

Obviously i'm doing something wrong.... but I'll be damn if I can figure out what that something is. My first assumption is this..........

You MUST download the latest update of ETS2MP which IS 0.1.0.4.1 and IS NOT 0.1.0.4.

SUMMARY - allow steam to always update to latest version again and make sure you have the latest MP version or you will get frustrated, all day, as it refuses to work again and again.

If before you got here you found a post saying to use 1.9.24 please feel free to go back and copy/paste the above explanation to that thread so hopefully someone else wont have the frustration and anger this can cause.
