Why the developers added this stupid cars ?
This veichciles are almost unnbreakable and super fast, i`ts ideal griefing tool ! (This is only usage of cars) Do you agree with me ?

first, the cars were added to bring variety and fun for people, second, anyone see n breaking the rules in the cars should be reported and banned, thirdly, no ii do not agree because ive driven the scout for the last couple of hours in ATSMP and found it fun and enjoable as long as you can be asked to drive it right, its use for most sane peoploe is to have somethig different to drive as well as to scout out thee map and areas not yet unlocked as well as to have an alternative to having to take a big heavy truck everywhere.

Its nice to see both cars and trucks sharing the road, who needs AI when you have people in cars?

over time the devs will fine tune the cars to make them more realistic to drive and add stricter rules governing them (thhis is all explained on the TMP forum i might add)

Also as a note, there is a police skin for ADMINS only so it makes them distunguishable from everyone else, PILOT car skins so that convoys can have pilot cars ahead and behind the convoy allowing other people to know that a convoy is approaching.

I will agree only if it will be not purchasable and not intrude into profile !

And car`s AI is very good, i have not seen any idiots driving in singleplayer

well then you wont play MP ever again because you can buy the cars, theyre only available in MP and thats final.

Nope the AI can be reckless and stupid, over the 3/4 years ive played ETS2 and the last 3 months ive played ATS, the AI has changed to be more realistic so they do act recklessly and can be annoying and dangerous, thats how it should be.

they will not, 99% of the actually MP community find themm useful, plus they are usful for admins and convoys.

Ehh for convoys most players require a truck as a pilot. And yes, community find it useful bit its also ideal griefing tool

not with the CARS in the mod now, theres a dedicated pilot car skin with lightbar to match, IRL pilot cars are either 4x4s or any car they can use, so this works totally fine, dont like it, well dont play MP on EU2 for a while until people lose interest and only a few proper people used the cars.

yeh it can be a griefing toll, but thats why theres rules and why you should always record and report, simple.

I think it remains to be seen how well it works. So far (early days) it looks good. I haven't seen any abuse of the updates. I like the idea of an on-screen admin presence but I am not sure why the police skin was made avaiable to everybody if it only to be used by admins. I am undecided on the convoy escorts. In the UK I have never seen a convoy which needed an escort, only oversize or abnormal loads. As there are no oversize or abnormal loads in MP I am not sure why the excort vehicle is needed (how I would love to see oversized loads in MP!). That being said, I don't drive in convoys on MP so maybe there is a very good reason for them.

My concern is MP becomes an equivalent of GTA, with crazy drivers weaving their way through traffic. I think only time will tell.
