You can't per say be police, but you can at least drive cars in the multiplayer..
There may also be a mod on the workshop which changes your vehicle in to a car rather than a truck.. but this is euro TRUCK simulator, so why would you want to drive a car?
Because the EULA of the game doesn't say he cannot mod his game and drive a car.
Maybe if he wants to drive a car he should have bought a car simulator instead of a truck simulator. The whole point of the game is to drive trucks and do deliveries. Or hadn't you realized that yet !????

Albeit it does repeatedly say " truck driving ", the devs didn't forbid nor prevent to add mods, adding cars mods or driving said cars. This also says " it's not only about driving " and then, to add insult to injury, it says " grow your company as you see fit ", implying we could grow it a lot, not at all or running it into the ground. Heck, I would wager some people never drove a truck, installed a cars mod and freeroam endlessly.
Are you the game police, telling us how we could play games ? Are you going to report us for blowing up a mine on purpose on Minesweeper ?

The key is to not respond to these kids who run around ramming other players. They count on you getting angry and then doing something that they can report YOU for doing. If you get rammed, just report them without shouting in the chat or chasing after them. They will eventually get reported enough times that they'll be banned for their behaviour. It sucks to take penalties for other players' actions, but really, you should already be used to that kind of treatment from the AI in SP!
