Problem with trucksbook client

I have a problem with trucksbook client. I do not add a route in the game ets 2. Sometimes the program itself adds routes, eg from 4 hours back ... what to do to keep the program up-to-date. I'll just add that I bought ats and in this game the program adds the route normally. ?? !! what to do?

mam problem z trucksbook client. Nie dodaje mi trasy w grze ets 2. Czasem program sam dodaje trasy np z 4 godzin w tył...co zrobić żeby program dodawał na bieżąco trasy. dodam tylko że zakupiłem ats i w tej grze program dodaje trasę normalnie. ??!! co robić?

Ja mam problem inny mi nie pokazuje tras na całej mapie
