Yes, don't expect much from the reporting system. But also DO expect to be banned for silly, innocent mistakes and get 'a moderators decision is final' when appealing. This server has a toxic community and arrogance for both the user and the game moderators. This ETS-MP game is already dead for me

- Cheating

I was unjustly banned for bad parking, but I didn't deserve this. My first ban (1 Moon)

need people like me as a monitor as i wont take rubbish, unless you recording you no way to prove what these idiots do. i understand many out there. when you play over 50 hrs a week and then 3 cases of different ppl. sad tbh guts
TruckersMP is not affiliated with the game developer. The game you purchased is single-player. TruckersMP provides the game hack and servers that allow this game to be played in a multi-player environment for free. If the admins at TruckersMP ban you, they aren't depriving you of anything for which you have paid.

You probably don't understand me. Autoadmin is fair and will never punish innocent players. Some game servers already have autoadmin system (Battlefield, Call of duty .. etc)
1. Kick 1 warning - Unintentional offense, parking, blocking, ramming
2. Kick 2 warning (15 minutes) repeated unintentional offense (Steam ID)
3. Ban (24 Hr) Reason: Racism, drama, insulting comments, deliberately breaking the rules
4. Ban Permanent (Cheating, hacking .... etc)

The way TruckersMP works is that a player submits a video of someone violating the rules and THAT is what gets them banned. So many people come here complaining that they did nothing wrong but when we see the video it's clear they were wrong and deserved the ban they got.
For example. Let's say the system will punish a player for ramming. You are travelling along at 80kmh, in your lane, causing no issue to anyone else. Suddenly, a player appears on the shoulder. They decide to pull out into your lane, causing you to hit them. How will the system determine who is at fault? To a human like me or you, it's obvious. To the system, it could see you as a player willfully crashing into a slow-moving vehicle. Or it could see that you did nothing wrong and someone else pulled out into you.
This is difficult to determine automatically who is at fault without a human to decide.
The only way to rightfully punish players is with human moderation. I've played on countless servers for many different games where auto-punishing players via the system has wrongfully banned/kicked many innocent players. Unless you spend thousands of hours working on a system to detect fault, intention, victims, etc, you can not use an automod without punishing innocent players.
Even in perfect, clear conditions, a system can and will make the wrong choice. I've spent enough time trying to detect such actions. Even red-light cameras in real life get it wrong.
