Is there a way? Sure if you know how to hook your own code to the game and create your own networking server. For an experienced programmer(with experience in creating game `'hacks" and game servers) it should take at a minimum of 2 months to get 2 players together with basic truck physics.

If you're looking for all the hard work done, that is not possible. TMP is not likely to share any of their source code.
