Cant even open Truckes MP
Got this error:

A system error occured while contacting our update servers
(system.UnathorizedAccessException: Access to the path
'C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP\core_ets2mp.dll' is denied.
at system.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorcode, String
maybe full path)
atSystem.IO.file.internaldelete(string path, boolean
checkhost)
at luacherV2.md5utils.filenotmatched(string file, string

I had the same issue. All i did was restart my comuter and the error went away. Hope this helps :steamhappy:
