Multiplayer company with friends?

Hello.
1. I want to ask if there is posibility to create company in MP?
2. Can I employ my friends to drive for me?
3. There is implemented system wich let me pay to them ingame for their job? Or it will pay them automaticly?
4. All DLC are needed?

MP plays the same as SP. Your company is you and any computer drivers you'd like to hire.

There is no game mechanic to allow exchanging money with other players.

No DLC is required to play MP. You simply won't see any DLC content that you don't own.

Hmm so why ppl trying to find employes to their company? I tell about truckersMP. How they want to pay them for job?

They use third-party apps for Virtual Trucking Company (VTC). But they can't pay anyone in the game, it just doesn't have that functon.

In short: when you accept someone into "your company", all they do is add a tag to their name like 'PotatoTruckers' and that's it. The rest is roleplay.

If you can have company in multi like in SP its ok but on multi there is only players, there is no NPC, so there is any system thats they are invisible to other players but they work?

And last question. Whats the point to gain $$ in multi? What can players buy or spend money for what? For cars/company upgrade?

Money has no purpose in multiplayer other than normal game functions. Everything you pay for in singleplayer, you pay for in multiplayer. It's only clientside.
