First off to get a refund you NEED to be 2 weeks within purchasing the full game, and have less than 2 hours total play time clocked. If one of these simple requirements are not fulfilled(either it's been over 2 weeks which is 14 days, or over 2 hours of play time on the clock) you will NOT get a refund.
Also complaining about a game because of a MOD which is NOT supported by SCS is not smart, mainly because SCS doesn't support mods(using mods and game breaks you can't send them your profile to fix it, no mods and you can do so if the game breaks it) and multiplayer mod is ESPECIALLY one that is NOT supported by the company, it's strictly a singleplayer game at heart and there will never be official support for MP mods.
