1.35.1.17 update

Steam is not updating my ets2 from 1.35.1.13 to 1.35.1.17 and i cant start my game from truckersMP and i dont have the goodyear event and today i purchased the goodyear tyre set and its not working cuz i dont the 1.17 version and i checked my computers space and it was good. There is some problem with steam. PLZ HELP ME :(

Are you opted into one of the beta channels?
what of them?

If your game version says 1.35.1.13 then it sounds like you opted into the beta channel for some reason. When you're in a beta channel Steam will not update your game.
