Mods working with 1.5.2 (so far)

I've been driving around in 1.5.2 with the Going East DLC, and thought I'd list which mods I'm using that haven't caused any problems yet (fingers crossed).

So those are the mods I'm currently using in 1.5.2 with DLC, and so far I've had no problems. It doesn't mean I won't come across one eventually (I hope not...lol), but so far, so good.

I hope the list helps some people wondering about mods with the new patch.

*EDIT*- nIGhT-SoN has released a 1.5.2 official update to his Realistic Weather Sound mod.

where do i find the dlc i have paid for it dl it but cant find it nowhere also does game update to 1.5.2 on steam as this has not happen

Actually, this is the first sound mod for trucks I have tried. Saw a lot off them for individual trucks, but there were so many i did'nt know which one to choose. lol. So since this one fixed them all, I figured I'd give it a shot.

It's definitely better than stock sounds.

A bit off topic - First, thx for the link to your sound mod 442 guy, sounds better then the one i used- second, TSM have launched a second trailer pack ( heavy ) if some are interested !

"The trailer package includes 10 heavy duty trailer. They are all
Standalone trailer. That said there are 10 new trailer and freight
this made ​​me old. Pack 1 and Pack 2 can be used together."

I tryed it now and it works all well with pack 1 of theirs "heavy trailers" packs !

Just to note these should be used with TSM Map 4.0X and above and the JPM, you may get issues using these with other maps.

Nope wrobles,sry to say but youre wrong now, you dont need to have TSM map for these standalone trailer packs (only JPM), maps i use is SCS maps and promods scandinavia map, i used to use TSM maps but as they not work with promods map i skipped'em :-)

TSM stuff i use beside the new TSM trailer pack are:

- zzTSM_Schwerlast_Trailerpacket_1.7_Pack_1-3
- zzTSM_sConti_Pack_1.2
- zJPM_TSM_4_X

That may be the case for you as of right now but the downloads page specifically states you need to use TSM and the JPM, you may not of had in game issues so far but others may experience issues and you may get issues in the future.

My guess is that they state to use TSM and JPM with these packs beacuse of how the Toll Booths, Train Stations and Ferries are setup, I have had a few issues on Pro Mods Scandanavia maps with an oversized trailer pack getting in and out of a ferry also some roundabouts are smaller in Pro Mods.

The JPM is specifically made for TSM by there team I would not use that on another map mod.

yes you might be right there mate,ty for enlighting it, guess iam one of the few with luck then haha,but to be serious other can of course have problems with this "heavy mix", after over 400 hrs driving i can say i tried a few mods and for sure deleted tons of them as for many game crashes it does also for me,thats why we have this forum to help eachother :-)

But problems with oversized trailers i never had problems with other then - Of course roundabouts can be a challange,but not impossbile - Ferrys i got stucked once when trailer did hang up "on this knix", but little more speed it solved it all, with no damage ( lucky me lol ) Tolls was never a problem,thats why we have mirrors and not floor it when we enter a toll :-)

But i do agree with you that TSM stuff are made for TSM maps,no doubt there, so it is of course everybodys " i do this on my own risk......kinda" - I just like to try diff mods as much as crusing around.......

So with that said - Have a happy trucking saturday mates :-)

it works, but as it is now it cuts out the new official ai vehicles (Mini and Peugeot Boxer)
