What do I do if I flip my truck sideways?

You call for Roadside Assistance.... The telephone icon in the inferface in the lower right corner. They wii ltake you a bit off your route and charge you some coin but it's all a part of the OOPS factor.

Once you get within a certain distance of a city you can also use it as fast travel if your lazy or you just cant be ar5ed to finish a job.

or if you transport dynamite, put the fire in it, it's will make moving the truck..., baaaahh, it's a joke, they have no other way than calling the service, but i remember before more patch it's can be possible to turn the whell and pushing the gas to go up again, but i think it's not possible now...,

and i have a stupid question on this, i have never trying, but what it's making if you have not the money to pay?, you make bankrup?, your bank account go in the red?, i know it's impossible to buy nothing or service when you have not the money, but i think in this case they mush make something special...

You'll go into the red and get mail from the bank saying you're overdrawn. I would know, I had to repair my truck during a run yesterday and went into the red paying for the repairs. So I'm presuming the same would apply if you have to call for roadside assistance and don't have the money to pay for it.

Possible cheats below.

Use the "Fly Cam".

Press "0" (zero) to activate the cam, use numpad keys 8, 4, 5, 6 to move the cam. You can exit the cam without changing anything by pressing any of the other camera keys such as "1" to return to your truck.

Position the cam near the ground in a place safe to put your truck and trailer, don't put your truck on top of another vehicle or in a non-driveable place (duh!).

Press F9, your truck and trailer will drop to the ground in an upright position. Drive away, you're done. You will retain any damage done in the crash.

To enable the "Fly Cam" you may have to set two variables. Exit the game, find the config.cfg file in your ETS2 user folder:
C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2
also called:
My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2

Find these two variables:
uset g_developer "0"
uset g_console "0"

Change them to "1" (one) if necessary:
uset g_developer "1"
uset g_console "1"

You can adjust the speed of the "Fly Cam" with this variable:
uset g_flyspeed "100.0"

Probably should not be set any higher than 100.

Save the config.cfg file, close the file, run the game.

I did everything and it is working so far, but when i press F9 nothing happnes so, how to turn my truck right, if i call someone with f7 then my container will dissaper because they do that in the misions im doing right now so i have no choice

Two things:
1) Teleporting is not working when using WoT contracts. You have to get towed and you will loose the contract with that. (No, you can NOT keep it as loading an earlier save is also not working.) That was implemented to make it fairer as some people used that in order to not drive as much.
2) You are necroing a 7(!!!) year old thread!! Please make your own thread about problems when threads about the topic are as old as this one.
