How do I send my workers to work?

They go by themselves to work... you just have to work yourself... if you truck, they truck... so, keep on trucking :D

Your workers may take a while to actually do there first job but they will find jobs themselves to do so you won't need to do anything to your drivers unless if you want to change there skills to ADR, Long distance, Eco Driving etc.
