How come the trucks are so slow?
Hi guys, I am still new to this game and I was wondering why I can't go faster than 25mph? My last two assignments were so slowwwwww.

if using the keyboard hit semicolon a couple of times and that should fix the problem
and if not post again and il prescribe you something.

You're not doing something right. Did you set the game to use a manual shifter by accident? (Or on purpose, but maybe you don't know how to shift?)

You can disable the speed limiter in the settings and go 90+ km/h since v1.4.1.

I am using the manual shifter, and have shifted to higher gears. I did disable the speed limiter in the settings as well.

Is it possible you've accidentally increased the retarder? You could try ticking the 'automatic retarder' setting to rule that out.

heres a shift chart that i use for manual shifter 3-5-6-7-8-10-12 it seems to work but if i get of road and get stuck i use gear 1 higher power and better for getting out of hard spots

You may have accitentely put on the parking brake. This happend to me once, and then I couln´t drive faster then like 20 km/h.

Was just doing my first haul without speed limiter, only one small scrape on 1000 km trip altough I was going up to 144 km/h on some parts of the highway. :D:

You can't drive at all with a parking brake on...

i can in MAN trucks my max speed is like 5 or 10
