how do you save and quit?

I got the game and i can't figure out how you get to the main menu to save the game.

Press ESC to get to the main menu and it should save automatically when you quit.

like 007 said, hit esc and get the menu.... there you will see save and load and quit and other options. you can save and load yourself if you want. the game also saves automatically when you quit and then loads automatically when you start it back up again and select your profile.

pressing Alt & F4 also works. The game saves periodicly and automatically when exiting/quitting. To load an autosave, click load and then the box in the bottom of the window marked "show autosaves". Autosaves are also helpful when you wreck in the game, but could be considered cheating.
