uset s_rumble_enabled "1" . Make sure it's "1" and not "0" .
It definitely works because it works for me from the first time I played with a controller.
It vibrates when you drive over rumble strips (sleeper lines), driving on the country road (leading to the farm company), in quarries, when you drive too fast and the trailer gets unstable, and some other places.
If it still doesn't work, check out this guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=165238623 . It worked for a lot of people.
I remembered that first I followed the above guide then I had to do the config trick, because setting the option in game didn't do it.
But it is still not perfect, my controller is recognized with the XBCD and not the official Windows Controller version. The rumble works but I have to set it to the maximum vibration to feel it. (Before was very strong when I set it to the max).
Anyway, this will do the trick for a while it's better than nothing, thanks again.
