truck goes really slow

my truck does not want to go faster then 22km/h for some reason. i tried all those buttons but it won't work

More informatoin would help. Are you drving automatic? Sequential? H-shifter? Do you use a clutch? Screenshots/videos of you stuck at 22? What is the RPM like? Is it maxing out? (High RPM, need to shift up) or does it sound like the engine is barely running (Low RPM, need to downshift). Does it only happen when you're gonig up a hill, or always? What HP engine do you have?

It's the retarder that's stuck, turn it off.

Look for Retarder higher, and retarder lower in key config. I mapped them to pgup and pgdn respectively. You should lower it.

Also, make sure you don't have your Engine Break on the whole time as well.
