right side of the road
i wanted to know if i can actually set which side of the road i drive on? I live in the U.S and before i buy this game, i think i would have issues driving on the left side. So is there an option on driving on either side of the road?

Only in the UK will you have to drive on the left side of the road. Everywhere else is on the right side. You can also choose which side the steering wheel is on when you purchase your truck in the customizations section.

No option. Driving on the left is not nearly as difficult as you might think. Eveything on the continent is right hand. You'll have much more to learn about road signs, motorway exits, etc. This is a good simulation, don't miss it.

Driving on the left is easy.

Remembering to drive on the left... is another thing entirely.

Another thing to remember is to look in the opposite direction that you would normally look before pulling out into traffic. It's really not that bad though.

Most stupid option ever. Europe is right side of the road. UK is left side.

Interestingly enough, you can still buy a truck with (or upgrade an existing truck to have) the drivers seat on the left if that's your preference even in the UK.

For living in the U.S and driving on the right side all of my life- let me say. the first 10 mins of left side drving is a huge brain fart.

I'm from Aus we drive left-side and yet I've got so used to right-side in ETS2, I have trouble driving on the left or even a left-hand truck - even in the UK!

I felt the same way when I entered the UK, took out a few road signs and side swiped some cars with my trailer before I got the grasp of it.
