If u talk about the language u can change it anytime while playing the sim in options/game settings.

Specify that... Because later on you can go and buy garages in any other city, too.

If you own different garages in different countries or towns, you can quick jump between them and use the trucks in those garages too.

I believe you cannot change your main garage's location at this time.

And yes, your first starting character is fixed to your first base head quarter, so you can quick jump between different garages and use the trucks, but cannot change your own (first character players) location permanently, it will be set to the town where your first hq is..

There should be a fast-travel option in the garage list, when you click at a different garage. Not sure, though, because I never used it yet.
