As the game is now in late 2014, Mercedes Benz (Majestic) and Renault trucks do not have GPS, regardless of cabin configuration.
People have been born and died in the time since I created this thread.
Typical Volvo driver obliviously replying :P
I've been waiting two years to say this, but the Iveco Hi-Way base interior has built in GPS. So re-install ETS 2 to try it out OP! :)
