How do you repair your truck?
My truck has some damage but I can't figure out how to repair it. I can run the diagnostic and it tells me the damage I have and how much it cost to repair, but I don't see an option to apply those repairs.

Drive to a garage (wrench icon on your map.) You can't just teleport to them so you'll have to find one on the world map and then drive to it manually.

You have to go to a repair center. Each city usually has one, as indicated by a red square with a wrench symbol. Alternatively, you can press F7 and then Enter to go straight to a repair center. You will be charged for the towing though as opposed to driving yourself to one.
Cool. Thanks for the help

Is there a way to repair a truck that an employee is driving or do I have to swap trucks and do it for them?

Employees will repair their own trucks when necessary.

If you own it you can.

Best as I can tell trucks that are assigned to hired drivers do not accumulate wear and tear whilst any damage during a trip is covered off by the maintenance expenses. However, there is a Total Restore button in the Truck Manager for those situations where you've given a driver a used truck and they are complaining that it isn't fit for purpose.

You can click on recommend repair tab at the bottom and they will only repair what is required. More cost effective IMO.
