Anywho, as far as I can tell people are saying that in the case of EOTS 2 it is a solid, basic game, not a lot of features but they are rather entertaining. Lots of mods for it that enhances that experiences. Good simulation but with faults as with any game. Some bugs, some with regards to AI, yet the game is still worth the money. As for Rig 'N Roll, their forum has people saying that people most people supposedly got it via a gift, thus implying the game is just that bad, however some people are saying they appreciate it despite it's flaws and that it is more of a niche title for people who are really into it. That should imply that it might appeal if the features of it attract you, while EOTS is supposedly more of an all-rounder.
Many enhancements are being made to ETS2 to remove the flaws as we find them: some minor graphics issues, some major tweaks. I get a new build about five times a week to test.
