DBus World is mainly intended for TruckersMP but should work in single-player too.

For the people that always feel the need to be condescending towards people that like to play it differently than advertised, you may have missed this:

And before you,.. "but that's for ATS" that doesn't mean it or something similar won't come to ETS2.

As for bus and/or cars, there are a couple of cars on the SCS forum, other than Magnus' link i wouldn't know, but I think Google and/or Youtube can be your friend here, there seem to be not that many bus players on the forum, at least when I see them it's often with similar questions.
