*The creators didn't break it, you broke it with mods.
Did you sell all owned garages (in Promods regions) before removing Promods?
And here's my game log: https://pastebin.com/QCs1sqxn
If the garages could be causing the problem, would I have to re-install ProMods and sell them to fix it?
Its a good first step.
It does not seem to be a ProMods issue.
Do not use ONEDRIVE, use a local folder without ONEDRIVE.
PM puts in so many extras that the game will not run when PM is removed as there are so many assets missing (usually garages and or cities) and it will crash the game if it even loads.
The only way I found to resolve issue is to keep your PM profile and start a new one.
Real PIA as I had a lot of hours invested in game but there you go. A heck of a learning experience I know.
I now have separate profiles for PM, Vanilla (used for testing mods usually) and modded (main profile).
This, for me anyway, is part of the joy of mods and learning what will or won't work.
