Lost profiles
How can I recover the lost profile that was connected to WOTR, etc. :longhaul:

Go to documents. ETS2 in there should be a backup profile. If not. Look in the steam folder on your hard drive. open steamapps then common. You should see the game file.

The problem is that my 2 side profiles are there but my main one is not even in backups

If you save to cloud, it may well be there.

Give a look at what is stored here -> https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorage

And if you find something useful make a manual back up of it too, just in case.

This is strange because here are also these 2 side profiles and no other, and on my main I have been playing since around 2015 and there is no record.
Just the profile has disappeared, it is nowhere to be found. I took a break from the ets I'm coming back and my account is gone

Then it is possible that your original and old account has never been set to be clouded, the feature has been added in a second moment and old accounts had to activate it manually.

And if in the meanwhile you have made a clean install of Windows then the Documents folder has been wiped out. At least try to see if into OS drive there is a windows.old folder. If you still have it then it may be possible to retrieve your previous Documents folder and within it the ETS2 folder too, hopefully with your main profile in it.

Any change you may have it on OneDrive or in a manual back up?
