So...most of the links I've seen to download this have been riddled with spam and ads. If anyeone has thos mod can you tell me where you SAFELY got it? Oh and also if it works halfway decent? Thanks in advance.

Heard quite a few people warning users away from these. From what I understand, there's no online version currently available. SCS have said they are looking into doing this, so I'm waiting with my fingers crossed............

ALL ETS2 multiplayer mods are FAKE. the game is not build for multiplayer. the game engine isn't build for it and it is impossible as long as SCS doesn't make a multiplayer version. if you mean this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tW73glKgH0M or any other video. it's just edited to make it look like it's multiplayer. the names are all edited in with video effects. those links for multiplayer are all fake and virusses.

actually there is a mod in development for this on moddb but it's in early alfa stage, that one is leggit

I did see that on ModDB, but I didn't see any downloads (probably cuz it is in alpha?).

they will never be able to make it work since the game and the game engine aren't made for multiplayer.

It's probably possible to add multiplayer to an engine not designed for it (e.g. Just Cause 2, Oblivion) but I think it would be extremely difficult. Unless you did it over LAN there would also be server costs involved. I'm guessing the cost is part of the reason the devs haven't included it yet.

I agree with CountVlad, it may not seem possible, but other games that are ONLY singleplayer have been made Multiplayer! I have faith. I'm hoping American Truck Simulator has multiplayer (haven't checked, they probably have already stated yes or no on the matter?).
