Corruption of 3D model file

I was playing ETS2 normally and there are strange textures happened in Serbia. Can anyone help me to figure it out?

Try verifying game files.
In Steam, right click on the game, select properties, go to local files tab and press verify integrity of game files.

Please explain to me your definition of vanilla. Cause your profile ain't it:

00:00:34.199 : [mods] Active 1 mods (local: 0, workshop: 1)

Even more so since you removed quite some mods before starting to play on that profile and your game.log shows errors for missing mods.

Have you used Promods on this profile?

I'm not seeing any errors directly related to Serbia or other errors that I can think of could be related to your issue.

Yes, used Promods before, but I've removed it.
