When buying a new truck, you can sell truck that you are using at that moment. So pick from garage that truck you want to sell and give for exmpl next truck to your employee and so on... Sorry if weird way to help. Tired and sucks in english. :P

if you haven't hired all the drivers in the game yet, I would just give that truck to one of them.

Of course you could look at the engine upgrades for it too and switch out everything, or take everything out and give it to an employee like what Juutas said.

go to the company manager icon, then truck manager, then choose the truck and you have some options on the left, one of them is to sell it
