I think that I was able to find your email given the "Program: bla bla bla eurotruck2.exe" text you posted earlier. In this case the problem is that you are running out of address space on 32 bit OS. The game is very close to the limit even in default settings where UI allows only 125% scaling on such systems (according to the log you did change that to 400%) and when no mods are used.

The reason why this might started with the latest versions is that as we add more and more content we unfortunately move closer and closer to the boundary.

That's my email and configuration with 400 scaling .. on win8 i haven't got any problems but that was on 64 bit , need to mod my pc again .
