Oh, ok. Just thought it might be a place to start. Maybe a mod is'nt working with the newest patch. A pre 1.5.1 mod maybe? I've noticed mods from back in the 1.3 1 day's don't seem to work to well anymore. Anyway, best of luck correcting the problem.

As soon as I complete this drive, I'll ♥♥♥♥ with the mods a bit more and find out which one is bad. But until then, I am not wasting this extremely long drive haha

Since the update to Patch 1.8.2.x the game crashes on a daily basis (no mods installed). I've already sent several crash reports including the neccessary dump files and profiles to SCS. Certainly the devs are already working on these issues and hopefully we soon get a stabilized version. For me, this game is currently in a nearly unusable state.

At first, the problem was with autosave. so I removed the autosave function. then it kept persisting. But here is the weird part; and one of the reasons I'm not convinced it's a mod related subject. I was driving for 4 hours straight last night; and had no issue. My computer decided to do a handy little restart for update purposes and once I logged back on I was crashing out of my mind.

Have you tried verifing your game files in Steam? Just a thought.

Yup, already did it and everything checked out. I've also used other tips since I'm running on a laptop. (Opening in different modes and what not) Nvidia doesn't seem to be the driving force behind it. Personally, I have a bad suspicion that my favorite truck is the culprit, and I'm about to find out. I just finished my delivery. Had to save, hard save, every 20 KM or so.

For me the game crashes again, this time when i entered in the freight market.
Sometimes it's is crashes when i enter the service to repair my truck, sometimes when i'm driving, and the rest is in the city ..

And you have 0 mods going? I'll admit, I just got done driving around without a trailer and nothing happened. I disabled some of my trailer mods, but kept my favorite truck and it's seeming to run good....I'll post more when I put a trailer on. Short drive of course.

Alright. I am truly baffled. Just put a trailer on now, and it works fine. I have a few theories though. 1 is that the new truck introduced clashes with some of the older mods. 2. Nvidia clashes with the game. Not sure why darckdgc is experiencing problems running barebones...although, try running it in safe mode and see if that helps anything?

I have mods on this profile ( i specified them on first page ) , but nothing substantial , with a new profile and no mods the game freezes and error , the bla bla bla is not responding .

I have an AMD video card ... so i don't think is from our hardware .

Curious. Mine just updated and I got to drive for maybe 10 minutes before it locked up. First time since I got the game. Something is definitely up. (Linux, no mods)

Indeed, something must be a bit off with the update. I've emailed the devs about it and am hoping to get a response sometime soon. I'm not having any issues right now, but I just bet once I log off and come back in a few hours that it'll start up all over again.
