in game tell me there are no contracts found around your current position

Is it because I'm low level? And there is no trailer that can support the weight

These contracts do NOT require your own trailer. The contracts are in the external contracts, not the freight market.

Also, if you use mods they can cause issues.

When using external contracts you can sometimes experience that jobs are just not available at your current location. Travel somewhere else and try there. If that does not help - check if you are still logged in to WOT in ETS2. Otherwise do what Wolfgang suggests.

Yes, I have mods running. Do I need to turn them all off? or only related to maps I've only been playing recently.

I've tried moving somewhere, but I've searched for haloween or treat and haven't found anything. I think it's because I'm low level and I don't have a trailer. I logged in already wot.
I have additional questions. Why aren't every city able to fast travel? Only some areas? Is there a condition? I bought the latest dlc but I can't find the city.

Best practice is a new vanilla profile - no mods ever on it. But you can also try some trial and error as you suggests.

Sell all the modded stuff and deactivate your mods. And especiall if you use map mods external contracts might not work because WoT is expecting you to use the vanilla map.

I tried turning off all mods, it worked, I found it, thank god. I have to hurry before this event ends.
