Just bought a logitech g27 bundle
Hi everyone, I write here because this would probably be the game i'll play the most with a wheel. I found a bundle (wheel+pedals+shifter), and its my first experience with it (I hope i made a good choice). Do you have any recommendations? Something to do when it'll arrive and even before i use it? I saw someone online talking about heating problems, do you ever faced this problem?
Thanks for all the answers

It's a very good choice for a 'starter wheel', I've had one for years. :)
Can't say I've noticed any heat issues.

Here's a link to the drivers you'll need: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024699674--Downloads-G27-Racing-Wheel

Yes, they're old, but so is the wheel and this is the correct one.

Download those and BEFORE you plug the wheel in, start installing the drivers and only plug the wheel in when the installer asks you to (this will avoid Windows installing some random drivers for it).

Also, preferably use a USB 2.0 port, not 3.0 if at all possible. And if you have to unplug it, do your best to use the same exact port.

i have the g920 (pretty much the same as the g27 just with xbox buttons) and have had no heat issues so maybe that person got a bad one and is just looking to put the blame on the whole set over going to support and either getting a refund or a replacement this is the first time ive ever heard of them having any heat problems to so
