1.50 brightness problem

I have a problem after updating from 1.49 to 1.50 that I can not change the brightness, nothing happens after the change. The game is very bright. Has anyone else had this problem and solved it, or is it just me?

I know when my monitor (AW3423DWF) is in HDR mode the brightness is locked to 100%. I believe the brightness control in the ATS/ETS graphics setting just changed the monitor brightness, in this case, it can't. There may be something you can use depending on your graphics card. I have a RTX3080 and the Nividia App has "game filters" you can assign to each game. I added the brightness and contrast filter and was able to do some tweaks with that, it has 5 sliders as I recall. Other graphics cards might have a similar program.

Anti-aliasing: TAA
TAA tuning: Adaptive clarity
