TAA tends to do that
not using TAA comes with more downsides however like making everything shimmer and pixelated so its up to you what u like best. u can try up the sharpness options

i'm using SMAA, TAA made everything blurry in the distance once my truck starts moving, cant have that.

these 2, u can also enhance it further if needed with nvidia experience gamefilters/sharpening

I increased the scaling to 300 % and that helped a lot. I thought they were going to make it so the signs would zoom out and then decrease to normal when you approached them???
