That's your main problem.
Your hardware is below the minimum requirements for the game.
The error at the end of the log usually indicates a lack of memory.
You GPU basically has none, so it munches up your already low system memory until the games says over and out.
Beside that, mods are always a potential cause for a crash.
You have to keep them up to date and look for potential issues.
-> get some proper hardware
-> get to know the game first before you start with mods.
It's a miracle that it runs at all on your system.
I'm sorry ...
If your game crashes only when you pause it, then maybe this may help.
You can pause the game on different ways....regular with F1....
But open the Map with M or went to the menu with ESC will pause the game too. So maybe one of them will work without crashing.
Possible fixes:
Disable the NVIDIA overlay (can cause crash on launch as well)
Set "r_buffer_page_size" to "50" in your config file
Restart the game in safe mode to reset graphic settings
Uninstall and reinstall GPU driver
Reduce OC on GPU
Wait for SCS to fix the issue (if it's on their side)
Your game folder on ONEDRIVE will be a remarkable problem too. Change it to a local folder or disable onedrive.
