Have same problem, did u fix it ?
In the Quest, enter the steamvr app and connect to my PC
Put -Openvr in my launch settings in my PC's library
Turn the game on with my computer running the oculus+openVR 1.49 branch
Then, when I am in the game on my computer, get past the menus and start driving, and then finally it will show up
Hope this helps
Here's a look at my settings and what's going on in the game...

It seems like the picture is bouncing, but not in VR
Oops, it turned out the second time.

But the picture is a little twitchy, is it the same for you?
I have a little twitch sometimes, but not nearly as much as that. It might just be simple lag. I remember reading in an article that some of the graphics settings don't affect the VR visuals, and so lowering those might help performance without hurting your visuals. I'm not 100% sure though.
I'm enjoying VR with the Meta Quest 3, but I have a problem: the TrackIR isn't working. When I move my head, the display stays fixed. Any solution?"
