How do you sleep?
I see signs at rest stops, but I do not know how to sleep.

go to rest sign u 'll see a popup in gps to stop engine , press "E" key from your keboard to stop engine and the press "Enter" key from your kryboard to sleep.:nogo:

What does the icon look like when on the ground?

A bed sign on your GPS shows you the rest locations.
The "bed" sign is not shown in game like other signs u have to nevigate through your GPS to go to correct position. Use GPS. :longhaul:

There's no 'icon' in-game, just go to a parking spot (or close to one, depending on what type it is) and it'll pop up the message.

Where can you sleep in your own garage? It has the bed sign on the GPS, but I couldn't find the location in the yard that would let me sleep.

Look for the hotel. It's marked on your map with a 'bed' icon :)

Well, this is good to know; though I was just wondering where in the rest stop I was suppose to park.

You can rest at filling stations, quarries, hotels, road-side parking lots, mechanics, any of your garages, toll gates, ports, country borders, and travelling on the ferry counts as rest as well.
