Is this really that bad PC for this game ? I saw worse PC's and they were running this game on medium or high without any problem, but when I play sometimes I have 30 FPS then it jump to 20 and back to 30 and so on. I have the game on low and sync is off (sorry for terrible english)

I have a laptop with a 620M and I can play Crysis 3 on high at 1080p so I think you should be okay with this game, you may need to enable superfetch and disable Automatic Transitive Caching though

You'll be able to run ETS2, your system is above the min specs. Buuut, a mobile GPU is NEVER a good option for gaming. Any nvidia GPU ending with M is made for mobile, meaning lower power usage and less heat produced - both of these lower the performance.
Plus don't forget, this is a simulator, you'll be covering large distances fairly quickly, so you need a beefy system to be able to load all of that without hiccups. The SSD will def help with that, I had finally got an SSD for my ETS2 install as well :)

In general ETS2 is not very demanding on lower settings, it's once you start adding mods and bringing the gfx settings up that it gets very heavy. But that's nothing unusual for a sim.
