Report a translation problem
The dashboards are based on real trucks. Try pressing the "i" key to cycle through the different displays. I'm pretty sure they all show the CC speed somewhere, although not all the trucks will have numbered displays for actual speed.
It could be a toggle switch, a depressed button, a steering column lever position., etc
The only indicator I've used is:
lift foot + vehicle slows = CC Off
lift foot + vehicle continues at speed = CC On
Much safer than taking my eyes off the screwy AI
That's what I do! :P
