select Properties.
click Local Files tab
click Verfify Integrity of Game Cache.

Ok. Have a look in your "..\MyDocuments\Euro Truck Simulator 2" folder.
There should be a file called "game.crash.txt" or "game.crash.log"
Take a look in there. That may tell you what's causing it.

Also, same folder, seek out "game.log.txt"
That will tell you what happened during game boot, and if anything failed to load, or was missing.

I don't understand anything reading both files in my computer.

Post your game.log.txt to pastebin.com (no account needed) and then post the link here and we'll have a look for you.
The file can be found at "C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" for a default install.

I have checked both of the files, but I don't know how to find the problems, Can you tell me the solutions? please

I just bought the game and have the exact same problem. if I try to verify integrity of game cache it stops before it can even begin.
