Besides, what would you do differently if you knew what weather was coming?
Was thinking the same.. I don't see how any weather would affect any cargo/deliveries. Keep in mind, this is Europe, things like hurricanes aren't exatly common. :)

Seasonal changes in the landscape would also be great.
Weather can affect cargo, if you know a snow storm is to hit certain part of a country you could detour, etc.; of course snow would first need to be implemented, and thats probably quite a huge job to take on, but it would add a ton to the game.
ETS2 1.15 is gazetted to be released in Dec. Perhaps a snow element is included.
I don't use any mods, so it would be great to have it in game direct from the devs.
