How do I set the speed of rotation of the steering wheel?

steering wheel turns very fast with keyboard and gamepad and I'm crush the wall.
how chance this speed?
perhaps by the pressure ratio d-pad

Check your control options.... first make sure it is set for joystick not wheel, then adjust the slider for sensitivity (slide left for slower turn).

Edit: Forgot to mention you should have the 'keyboard + controller' profile selected as well.

i have a question... i've set the sensitivity of the steering but it takes a long time to go back to center. that option is on but i would like it reset its position faster.

You have to turn backwards manually. Wheel goes back very slow, but You cannot change it in the simple way. Maybe there is a hack to manipulate game config files, but I'd rather not do this ;) I would agree with nikai1976 - use mouse as steering wheel ;)
