Big problem with ETS2 under Windows 8.1

Hey everyone, id need your help. I got a new laptop, a HP Envy with Windows 8.1, i installed ETS2 but when it starts its so blurry, you cant see anything. And yes, my graphic settings are on ultra, its still blurry. Please, i need help..

Nevermind, folks. I solved it.

How did you solve it? there was another user that has the same blur issues with a different laptop. Maybe you could find that thread and post your solution in it.

It was so blurred, i couldnt read anything and by remembering the menu i set everything on ultra, but i didnt work. The solution was to set the resolution higher, but since it was so blurred i didnt see the resulation was too low. I thought itd adjust itself when i put everything in ultra, but it didnt. So changing the resulation to 1920x1080 helped.
