You're not making sense. You're saying in a previous post that hitting 'enter' gets you the service assistance (which means you're in the service assistance page mode of the GPS) yet here you say your GPS is always in map mode. Which is it? It can't simultaneously be both.
If you're in map mode, you won't get service assistance when hitting 'enter', if you're getting service assistance when hitting 'enter' then you're NOT in map mode on your GPS. It's that simple. So the point of the above response posts in aggregate is.. Once you've been transported to the service centre by the service assistance feature, CHANGE your GPS mode away from the service assistance page and you should get the option to hit enter for repairs & upgrades.
If you're not being placed on the service centre's activation box after the service assistance transportation, then I would suggest this is a bug and you should report it as such in the appropriate forum section.
Now you're in the garage menu, click the top option.
On the right side there's a list what needs be repaired, at the bottom is a button "Repair".
Click that button and your truck will be as good as new.
